A church’s worship service typically reflects the personality of that church. Simply spend an hour and a half with us on Sunday and you will see our passion for a dynamic, relevant and meaningful worship experience.

The message of our worship is simple: Our Creator God desires an intimate, personal relationship with each of us. This begins by giving Him his rightful place in our lives. So we bring to Him our devoted attention and expressive praise.

As our guest, you can check out our services without intrusion and begin your spiritual journey at your own pace. If you plan to visit, be sure to pick up your guest gift at the Connections Center in the lobby!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What will I experience at a Worship Service?

Our 75 minute service includes a time of worship music and a Biblical message. We’re creative and engaging with our church experience, so expect some media, lighting changes and some fun stuff. The worship music reflects a contemporary style and the message from scripture is always relevant to where we live, with an emphasis on life application. You will be both inspired and challenged by the preaching of our Lead Pastor Jim Kermath, as well as our teaching Pastor Gordon Kirk.

  • How early should I arrive?

Coming 20 minutes before the 10:30 a.m. service begins should do it. That will give you time to park, check your kids into the Kid’s Center and grab a cup of coffee before the service begins. You’ll want to be in the Worship Center before the “host welcome” and music starts to catch all of the service.

  • What should I wear?

We are a very “come as you are”, casual church. Dressed down Jeans and business casual seems to “rule”. But most importantly, come dressed in a way that is comfortable and relaxed for you. We are a church of “ties and tattoos,” so just be “you.” When the summer weather comes, you will no doubt see lots of people in shorts.

  • Is there something for the kids?

Our children’s environments, Nursery, Pre K- K, and Elementary, are designed for children from birth through sixth grade and are active each Sunday morning. All children 3 years through 6th grade will begin their Sunday experience in the adult Worship Service with their parents. When dismissed, they will meet their teachers in the lobby area and gather in a room off to the side before being taken to their grade-specific meeting rooms.

  • What about students?

We host a combined meeting for both Middle School and High School students, simultaneously with the 10:30AM service. Our student program begins at seventh grade. They meet in a room in the upper level of the Worship Center, accessed from the Worship Center lobby. Follow the student signs once you reach the Worship Center lobby. This gathering is called “Thrive”.
